Our Medical Lab Scientists play an integral role in providing quality laboratory services to the community.The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Technology or related field. They must also be certified as a Medical Technologist (MT) or Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) by the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP) or equivalent. We’re looking for someone who is deeply knowledgeable in their field, has strong communication skills, and is committed to delivering excellent care to our patients. Responsibilities:

1. Perform laboratory tests to diagnose, treat, and prevent diseases
2. Follow established laboratory safety procedures
3. Accurately analyze and interpret test results
4. Maintain laboratory equipment and supplies
5. Ensure accuracy and quality control of laboratory results
6. Communicate test results to healthcare providers
7. Participate in continuing education and training programs
8. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of medical laboratory techniques
9. Document and report laboratory findings
10. Maintain confidentiality of patient information
