2. Develop treatment plans for patients with vascular neurological conditions
3. Provide leadership and guidance to the healthcare team
4. Monitor and document patient progress and outcomes
5. Maintain a high level of professional knowledge by attending conferences and seminars
6. Participate in research projects related to vascular neurology
7. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other members of the healthcare team
8. Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and other members of the healthcare team
9. Utilize evidence-based medicine to inform clinical decisions
10. Comply with all federal and state regulations regarding patient care and medical practice
