The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and compassionate physician with a strong commitment to delivering the highest quality of pediatric care.The successful candidate should have a Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree, be board certified in Pediatrics or Internal Medicine with a sub-specialty in Pediatric Endocrinology, and have an active and unrestricted medical license in Nevada. The physician should have excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making skills, with the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive, personalized, family-centered care for pediatric endocrinology patients.
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of pediatric endocrine disorders.
- Develop and implement care plans that are tailored to the unique needs of each patient.
- Monitor patient progress, providing preventative health maintenance and health education.
- Regularly assess patient health to determine effectiveness of treatment and make modifications as necessary.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and comply with all relevant regulations and laws.
- Participate in on-call duties and respond promptly and efficiently to patient care needs.
- Engage in research activities to remain current on advances in the field of pediatric endocrinology.
- Work cooperatively with members of the healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.
- Demonstrate professionalism, respect, and compassion at all times.
