- Assist in leading and managing the daily operations of the gallery, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Help create and maintain a luxurious and welcoming shopping environment for customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers, answering inquiries, and resolving any issues or concerns.
- Collaborate with the Gallery Leader to develop and implement strategies to increase sales and achieve business goals.
- Train and mentor gallery associates on product knowledge, company values, and customer service standards.
- Continuously monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas of improvement and make necessary adjustments to drive sales.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards by ensuring that displays are visually appealing and accurately represent the brand.
- Assist in managing inventory levels and coordinating with the corporate team for replenishment.
- Conduct regular meetings with the gallery team to communicate goals, expectations, and updates.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product knowledge, and competition to make informed decisions and provide valuable input.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety and security measures.
