- Assist the Gallery Leader in managing the day-to-day operations of the gallery, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
- Ensure that all gallery associates are providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.
- Collaborate with the Gallery Leader to develop and implement strategies to achieve sales goals and drive business growth.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the luxury home furnishings industry and stay up-to-date on current design trends and products.
- Train and develop gallery associates to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills, and provide ongoing coaching and support.
- Work closely with the Gallery Leader to create and maintain a positive and collaborative work environment for all associates.
- Assist in creating and implementing visual merchandising strategies to showcase our products in an appealing and engaging manner.
- Ensure that the gallery is consistently maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal.
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a positive resolution and maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Restoration Hardware, promoting our values and commitment to providing the highest quality of design and service.
Bachelor's Degree In Fine Arts, Art History, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In A Leadership Role In A Gallery Or Retail Setting.
Strong Knowledge Of Art And Design, With A Focus On Contemporary Trends And Artists.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With A Diverse Team.
Proven Track Record Of Driving Sales And Meeting Or Exceeding Performance Goals.
