- Provide exceptional customer service to all clients visiting the gallery.
- Lead and motivate a team of professionals to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
- Train and develop team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the Gallery Leader to create and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer experience.
- Maintain a visually appealing and organized gallery space to showcase our luxury home furnishings.
- Assist clients in selecting and purchasing products that meet their design and lifestyle needs.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to drive repeat business and increase customer loyalty.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitors to provide the best service and recommendations to clients.
- Assist in inventory management and ensure accurate and timely product orders.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment among team members.
- Take on additional responsibilities and tasks as assigned by the Gallery Leader.
Bachelor's Degree In Art History, Fine Arts, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Gallery Or Museum Setting.
Strong Knowledge Of Art And Design, Particularly In Relation To Restoration Hardware's Aesthetic And Brand.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Clients, Artists, And Other Team Members.
Experience In Sales And Customer Service, With A Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Goals.
