  1. Develop and implement training programs that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  2. Create engaging and interactive training materials and resources.
  3. Conduct training sessions for new and existing employees, including onboarding and ongoing development.
  4. Evaluate training effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.
  6. Collaborate with department managers to identify training needs and develop customized training plans.
  7. Maintain training records and track employee progress.
  8. Serve as a subject matter expert and resource for employees seeking additional support or guidance.
  9. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all employees.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve the training process to ensure maximum impact and efficiency.
  11. Assist in the development of company-wide training policies and procedures.
  12. Collaborate with other trainers and HR team members to ensure consistency and alignment in training efforts.
  13. Actively participate in company meetings and events to promote the importance of training and development.
  14. Provide feedback and recommendations to leadership on training initiatives and employee development opportunities.
  15. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
