We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Corporate Trainer to join our team and help develop and deliver training programs for our employees across all levels and departments. As a Corporate Trainer at Restoration Hardware, you will have the opportunity to shape the learning and development of our employees, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to consistently deliver exceptional customer service and uphold our brand standards.   1. Develop and maintain training programs for employees at all levels and departments within the company.
  2. Collaborate with department leaders to identify training needs and create customized training plans.
  3. Design and deliver engaging training sessions that effectively communicate key concepts and skills.
  4. Utilize a variety of training methods, such as in-person workshops, online learning modules, and on-the-job training, to cater to different learning styles.
  5. Continuously evaluate and improve training programs based on feedback and performance metrics.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development to ensure our programs are innovative and effective.
  7. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the company.
  8. Partner with HR to onboard and train new employees to ensure a smooth integration into the company.
  9. Serve as a subject matter expert on company policies, procedures, and brand standards.
  10. Monitor and track employee progress and provide ongoing support and coaching as needed.
  11. Collaborate with other trainers and departments to ensure consistency in training materials and messaging.
  12. Develop and maintain training resources, including manuals, guides, and visual aids.
  13. Manage training budgets and resources effectively.
  14. Adhere to company values and promote a positive work culture.
  15. Represent the company as a professional and knowledgeable trainer in all interactions with employees and external partners.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Organizational Development, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Corporate Training, Preferably In A Retail Or Customer Service Industry.

  • Strong Presentation And Facilitation Skills, With The Ability To Engage And Motivate A Diverse Audience.

  • Knowledge Of Adult Learning Principles And Instructional Design Methodologies.

  • Experience In Developing And Delivering Training Programs On Topics Such As Customer Service, Sales Techniques, And Product Knowledge.
