As a Design Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in creating unforgettable experiences for our clients while showcasing the finest products and designs from around the world.

  1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients, including greeting them upon arrival and assisting them throughout the design process.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  3. Utilize product knowledge and current design trends to offer suggestions and solutions to clients.
  4. Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to determine their design goals and budget.
  5. Develop and present design proposals to clients, incorporating their feedback and preferences.
  6. Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services, including features and benefits, to effectively communicate with clients.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and efficient design process for clients.
  8. Meet and exceed sales targets by actively promoting and selling products and services to clients.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to provide clients with the most up-to-date and relevant design options.
  10. Ensure all client interactions are logged and documented accurately in the company's systems.
  11. Attend training sessions and workshops to continuously improve design and sales skills.
  12. Represent the company and its values in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree In Interior Design Or Related Field: A Design Consultant At Restoration Hardware Should Have A Strong Educational Background In Design, With A Focus On Interior Design. This Degree Will Provide The Necessary Knowledge And Skills To Excel In The Role.

  • Prior Experience In Interior Design Or Furniture Sales: Restoration Hardware Seeks Candidates With Previous Experience In Interior Design Or Furniture Sales. This Experience Will Enable The Design Consultant To Better Understand Customer Needs And Preferences, And Provide Expert Design Advice.
