The Design Consultant will be responsible for providing end-to-end design advice to our customers, from initial consultation to final delivery.Required qualifications include:• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, or equivalent experience• Proven sales experience in the home furnishings and design industry• Expert knowledge of current trends in home decor and furniture• Ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and design software

Responsibilities: • Provide design advice and recommendations to customers throughout their entire shopping experience • Assist customers in selecting furniture and home décor that meets their style, budget, and design needs • Utilize knowledge of current trends in home decor and furniture to make recommendations • Build and maintain strong customer relationships • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing efficient, accurate, and timely service • Use Microsoft Office Suite and design software to present design concepts and solutions • Collaborate with team members to achieve organizational goals • Monitor inventory levels and place orders for new merchandise • Stay up-to-date on the latest design trends and industry news
