Event Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our team at Restoration Hardware. As the Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating and executing various events for our company, including product launches, store openings, and customer appreciation events. - Plan and coordinate all aspects of company events, including logistics, budgeting, and vendor management.
- Create event proposals, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with the marketing and sales teams.
- Communicate event details and updates to all stakeholders, including internal teams, vendors, and clients.
- Source and negotiate with vendors for event services such as catering, décor, and entertainment.
- Coordinate event setup and breakdown, ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are in place.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop event themes and promotional materials.
- Manage event registration and guest list, ensuring accurate and timely RSVPs.
- Coordinate travel and accommodations for out-of-town guests and speakers.
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during events and provide quick and effective solutions.
- Maintain detailed records and documentation for each event, including expenses and attendee feedback.
- Continuously seek out new and innovative event ideas to enhance the company's brand and image.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of events.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in event planning and make recommendations for improvement.
- Uphold the company's standards and policies during all events.
- Handle post-event follow-up tasks, including thank-you notes, surveys, and analysis of event success.
Excellent Organizational Skills: An Event Coordinator At Restoration Hardware Should Possess Exceptional Organizational Abilities To Successfully Plan And Execute Events Of Varying Sizes And Types. This Includes Managing Timelines, Budgets, And Logistics, As Well As Coordinating With Vendors And Other Team Members.
