  1. Assemble various furniture pieces according to company standards and guidelines.
  2. Use hand and power tools to effectively and efficiently assemble furniture.
  3. Ensure all pieces are assembled accurately and to the highest quality standards.
  4. Work closely with team members to complete projects within established timelines.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of tools and materials.
  6. Communicate any issues or concerns with furniture pieces to team leaders.
  7. Follow all safety procedures and guidelines while assembling furniture.
  8. Meet and exceed productivity goals set by the company.
  9. Continually strive to improve assembly techniques and processes.
  10. Keep up-to-date with new furniture assembly techniques and products.
  11. Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of furniture pieces to customers.
  12. Uphold a positive and professional attitude while representing the company.
  13. Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or questions from customers.
  14. Follow company policies and procedures at all times.
  15. Assist with other duties as assigned by team leaders or management.

Job Qualifications

  • Proficiency In Furniture Assembly Techniques: This Includes Knowledge Of Various Tools, Hardware, And Techniques Used In Furniture Assembly, Such As Drilling, Screwing, And Hammering.

  • Experience With Different Types Of Furniture: A Furniture Assembler Should Be Familiar With Assembling A Variety Of Furniture Pieces, Including Sofas, Chairs, Tables, And Cabinets.

  • Attention To Detail: Assembling Furniture Requires A High Level Of Precision And Attention To Detail. A Furniture Assembler Must Be Able To Follow Instructions And Diagrams Accurately To Ensure The Finished Product Is Of High Quality.
