1. Greet and welcome customers to the gallery, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere.
2. Assist customers in selecting and purchasing furniture and home decor items that fit their design needs and preferences.
3. Utilize excellent customer service skills to build relationships and provide a personalized shopping experience for each client.
4. Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on current design trends and styles.
5. Keep the gallery clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
6. Process sales transactions and handle cash and credit card payments.
7. Collaborate with the design team to ensure a seamless and cohesive shopping experience for customers.
8. Assist with inventory management, including receiving and restocking merchandise.
9. Provide support for gallery events and promotions, including setup and breakdown.
10. Communicate with customers regarding special orders and delivery of items.
11. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any customer service issues in a timely and professional manner.
