1. Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere in the gallery.
2. Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and offer personalized recommendations and solutions.
3. Demonstrate a strong knowledge and understanding of the gallery's products, including furniture, lighting, textiles, and décor, to assist customers in finding the perfect pieces for their homes.
4. Maintain a clean and organized gallery space, ensuring all products are accurately and attractively displayed.
5. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash and credit card transactions.
6. Collaborate with the design team to create inspiring and visually appealing displays and vignettes.
7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge, attending training sessions and workshops as needed.
8. Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to inquiries and addressing any concerns or issues.
9. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, creating a loyal client base.
10. Meet and exceed sales goals and targets, actively promoting products and services to drive sales.
11. Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking new products and conducting regular inventory counts.
12. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience for customers.
