1. Greet and welcome customers as they enter the gallery, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
2. Act as a brand ambassador, representing Restoration Hardware's luxury and design aesthetic to customers.
3. Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating needs, offering product knowledge, and assisting with product selection.
4. Maintain a thorough understanding of all products and services offered, including materials, features, and pricing.
5. Assist customers with purchases, including processing transactions and coordinating delivery or pick-up of items.
6. Utilize visual merchandising techniques to create visually appealing displays and showcase the brand's products.
7. Actively listen to customer feedback and address any concerns or issues in a professional and timely manner.
8. Proactively build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and positive word-of-mouth referrals.
9. Collaborate with team members and management to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the gallery.
10. Continuously seek out opportunities to improve the customer experience and offer suggestions for process improvements.
11. Maintain a clean and organized gallery space, including restocking and replenishing products as needed.
12. Attend training sessions and product knowledge seminars to stay updated on new products and design trends.
13. Assist with inventory management, including conducting regular stock checks and updating product information.
14. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling and loss prevention protocols.
15. Embody the company's values and mission, and represent the brand with professionalism and integrity at all times.
