1. Greet and welcome customers to the Restoration Hardware gallery in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Assist customers in finding and selecting the perfect home furnishings and decor to meet their needs and preferences.
3. Educate customers on the features and benefits of our products and provide recommendations based on their individual style and budget.
4. Maintain a thorough knowledge of all products, pricing, and promotions to accurately answer customer inquiries.
5. Create a visually appealing and inviting atmosphere in the gallery by regularly organizing and restocking merchandise.
6. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash and credit card transactions.
7. Collaborate with team members to ensure all customer needs are met and provide exceptional customer service at all times.
8. Actively listen to customer feedback and communicate any concerns or suggestions to the appropriate department or manager.
9. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and new product releases to effectively assist customers and make informed recommendations.
10. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following all safety and security protocols.
11. Attend regular trainings and meetings to continuously improve product knowledge and customer service skills.
12. Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking new merchandise and conducting regular inventory checks.
13. Follow company policies and procedures, including adhering to all cash handling and safety guidelines.
14. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the gallery.
15. Perform any other duties as assigned by the manager or supervisor.
