- Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the gallery location, including opening and closing procedures, staffing, and inventory management.
- Lead and motivate a team of associates to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales.
- Set and monitor sales goals and performance metrics for the gallery, and develop strategies to meet or exceed these goals.
- Train and develop associates on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service best practices.
- Act as a brand ambassador and ensure that the gallery maintains a high level of visual merchandising and product presentation standards.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and communication among associates.
- Manage and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
