  1. Assist lead designers in creating and executing interior design projects.
  2. Collaborate with clients to understand their design preferences and needs.
  3. Utilize creativity and design skills to develop unique and visually appealing concepts.
  4. Maintain a strong attention to detail in all aspects of the design process.
  5. Research and source materials, furniture, and decor items for projects.
  6. Create and manage project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
  7. Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure project success.
  8. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or questions from clients.
  9. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and new design techniques.
  10. Assist with administrative tasks, such as organizing samples and preparing design presentations.
  11. Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  12. Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude while representing the company.
  13. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas and suggestions for design projects.
  14. Take direction and constructive feedback from lead designers to improve skills and techniques.
  15. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including design studio and sample library.

Job Qualifications

  • Relevant Education Or Training In Interior Design: A Successful Interior Design Assistant At Restoration Hardware Should Have A Degree Or Certification In Interior Design Or A Related Field. This Will Ensure A Strong Foundation In Design Principles And Techniques.

  • Experience In The Interior Design Industry: Previous Experience Working In The Interior Design Industry, Whether Through Internships Or Entry-Level Positions, Is Highly Desirable For An Interior Design Assistant Role At Restoration Hardware.
