Interior Designer

We are seeking a passionate and talented Interior Designer to join our team at Restoration Hardware. As an Interior Designer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional design services to our customers, while helping to ensure our stores are visually pleasing and inspiring. You will use your creative vision to develop creative store designs that meet our high standards of quality and aesthetic, and help to create a unique customer experience.The ideal candidate for this position will possess a minimum of three years of experience in interior design and/or visual merchandising. You must be able to think conceptually and demonstrate expertise in design principles and practices. We are looking for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Additionally, you must have strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects at once. 1. Design interior layouts and displays for Restoration Hardware stores to meet high standards of quality and aesthetic.
2. Create a unique customer experience through creative store designs.

4. Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to ensure project objectives are met.
5. Maintain strong organizational skills and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
6. Utilize advanced knowledge of design software and CAD programs.
7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure successful project completion.
8. Develop and manage timelines and budgets for projects.
9. Stay up-to-date with current trends and materials in interior design.
10. Provide assistance with product selection, installation, and styling.
