  1. Create and design beautiful, functional spaces for Restoration Hardware clients.
  2. Utilize expertise in interior design principles to bring creative and innovative ideas to projects.
  3. Develop and maintain a strong portfolio of past projects to showcase skills and experience.
  4. Collaborate with clients and team members to understand and meet project requirements.
  5. Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and vendors to ensure project success.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to bring fresh and current ideas to projects.
  7. Work within project budgets and timelines to deliver high-quality designs on schedule.
  8. Conduct site visits and measurements to accurately plan and execute designs.
  9. Source and select materials, furniture, and decor to complete designs.
  10. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers and interns.
  11. Uphold the Restoration Hardware brand and standards in all designs and client interactions.
  12. Attend client meetings and presentations to present designs and gather feedback.
  13. Collaborate with other departments, such as purchasing and marketing, to ensure seamless project execution.
  14. Continuously strive for excellence and exceed client expectations in all designs.
  15. Represent Restoration Hardware as a leader in the luxury home furnishings industry.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience In Interior Design: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience In The Field Of Interior Design, With A Strong Portfolio Showcasing Their Previous Work.

  • Proficiency In Design Software: Restoration Hardware Prefers Candidates Who Have A Deep Understanding And Proficiency In Design Software Such As Autocad, Sketchup, And Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Knowledge Of Design Trends And Materials: A Successful Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Current Design Trends And Materials, As Well As The Ability To Incorporate Them Into Their Designs.

  • Strong Communication And Client Management Skills: As An Advanced Interior Designer At Restoration Hardware, The Candidate Would Be Required To Work Closely With Clients, Vendors, And Other Team Members. Therefore, Excellent Communication And Client Management Skills Are A Must.

  • Ability To Manage Multiple Projects: The Candidate Should Have Proven Experience In Managing Multiple Projects Simultaneously, While Still Delivering High-Quality Designs Within Strict Deadlines. This Requires Excellent Organizational And Time-Management Skills.
