- Work closely with designers and suppliers to develop new product concepts and prototypes that align with the company's brand and quality standards.
- Manage the development and approval process for new products, including sample reviews, quality control, and final sign-off.
- Conduct regular market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.
- Collaborate with the sourcing team to identify and onboard new suppliers and manufacturers to support product development goals.

Bachelor's Degree In Product Design, Industrial Design, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Product Development, Preferably In The Home Furnishings Or Retail Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Market Trends And Customer Needs In The Luxury Home Goods Market.
Proficiency In Cad Software And Other Design Tools.
Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams.
