You will work closely with our Real Estate team to identify, analyze, and secure new locations for our stores, as well as assist in the negotiation and execution of lease agreements.To excel in this position, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field, along with at least 2 years of experience in commercial real estate.   1. Collaborate with the Real Estate team to develop and execute expansion plans for new store locations.
  2. Identify and analyze potential real estate opportunities, including market research and financial analysis.
  3. Manage the lease negotiation process, including coordinating with landlords, attorneys, and other parties.
  4. Ensure all lease agreements are accurately and timely executed.
  5. Maintain relationships with landlords, brokers, and other real estate professionals.
  6. Conduct site visits and inspections to assess potential locations.
  7. Review and analyze lease proposals and other real estate documents.
  8. Communicate and coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and efficient store openings.
  9. Develop and maintain a database of potential real estate opportunities.
  10. Monitor and track real estate market trends and provide recommendations for potential store locations.
  11. Maintain accurate and organized records of all real estate transactions.
  12. Assist with lease administration, including rent payments, lease renewals, and other related tasks.
  13. Stay current on industry developments and regulations related to real estate.
  14. Work closely with construction and design teams to ensure store locations meet brand standards.
  15. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner while building and maintaining relationships with external parties.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Real Estate Coordination Or Project Management In The Retail Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Real Estate Laws And Regulations, As Well As Zoning And Land Use Policies.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills To Effectively Liaise With Landlords, Brokers, And Internal Stakeholders.

  • Proficiency In Real Estate Software And Tools Such As Costar, Loopnet, And Gis Mapping Systems.
