Manager - Priviliged Access Management

We’re looking for an experienced and driven individual to join the Richemont Group as the Manager of Privileged Access Management. In this position, you will be responsible for the development and oversight of a secure corporate identity and access management environment.We’re looking for someone with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, as well as 5+ years of experience in identity and access management. You must have a deep understanding of the conceptual and technical aspects of privileged access management and security controls. Experience with security technologies, like advanced authentication and authorization platforms, is also essential.You should be a detail-oriented and organized individual who can quickly recognize and address security issues. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as the job requires extensive collaboration with a variety of stakeholders. Responsibilities:

1. Develop and oversee a secure corporate identity and access management environment.
2. Ensure all security systems and protocols are in compliance with established policies and regulations.
3. Monitor privileged access management and security controls on a regular basis and take appropriate action to address any issues.
4. Analyze system logs and user access requests to identify any security incidents or suspicious activities.
5. Work with stakeholders to create and implement new security policies and procedures.
6. Train users on security protocols and best practices.
7. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in identity and access management.
8. Maintain accurate records of security incidents and user access requests.
9. Respond to security-related inquiries in a timely manner.
10. Participate in security audits as needed.
