Job Description

Are you an organized individual with excellent attention to detail and a passion for accuracy? Ricoh USA is seeking a Sr Records Clerk to join our team and support our records management initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our records and related data. To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, as well as a deep understanding of relevant laws and regulations. Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain a high level of accuracy and integrity when handling records and related data.
  2. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  3. Conduct regular audits of records and related data to verify accuracy.
  4. Create and manage filing systems for records and related data.
  5. Develop and implement processes and procedures for efficient records management.
  6. Provide training to other staff on records management initiatives and practices.
  7. Assist with document conversion projects.
  8. Respond to document requests and inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
  9. Identify and recommend solutions to improve records management processes.
  10. Assist in the development and implementation of records retention policies.
