Cashier - Service Associate

Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers warmly, identify their needs, and provide solutions.
2. Handle customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.
3. Accurately process customer transactions using a POS system.
4. Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
5. Assist customers with locating merchandise.
6. Ensure shelves are properly stocked and organized.
7. Follow store policies and procedures.
8. Provide a high level of customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
9. Identify and report any security and safety risks.
10. Assist other team members as needed.
