Responsibilities:

3. Process prescriptions and accurately enter customer information into the system.
4. Answer calls and provide customer service in a timely and efficient manner.
5. Ensure that all customer orders are filled accurately and efficiently.
6. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
7. Ensure that all pharmacy regulations are followed.
8. Remain up-to-date on new medications and pharmacy policies.
9. Handle customer complaints in a courteous and professional manner.
10. Work with other pharmacy staff to ensure smooth operations.
