As a Pharmacy Service Associate, you’ll be responsible for a variety of tasks related to the pharmacy. To be considered for this position, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent, experience in a retail setting or other customer service experience, and the ability to work independently and in a team environment. As a Pharmacy Service Associate, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting customers with their inquiries and providing them with accurate information regarding their medications. • Processing prescriptions and ensuring that all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner. • Maintaining accurate records of medication inventory and ensuring that all medications are stored in accordance with applicable regulations. • Responding to customer complaints in a professional manner and referring them to the appropriate personnel when necessary. • Updating patient records and ensuring that all patient information is kept confidential. • Working with the pharmacy team to provide efficient and effective customer service. • Other duties as assigned.
