Pharmacy Service Associate

We’re looking for an experienced Pharmacy Service Associate to join the Rite Aid family and help us provide excellent customer service to our pharmacy customers. To be successful as a Pharmacy Service Associate, you must be a team player and have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. You must also be detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to multi-task. A Pharmacy Technician License is required. Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to pharmacy customers • Ensure customers receive accurate and timely assistance with their pharmacy-related needs • Maintain a high level of professionalism and friendly customer service • Accurately process prescription orders and over-the-counter sales • Accurately enter patient information into the pharmacy system • Assist customers with insurance and billing inquiries • Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed • Maintain cleanliness and organization of pharmacy service area • Follow all safety protocols and procedures • Comply with all state and federal regulations • Possess a valid Pharmacy Technician License
