Pharmacy Service Associate

Rite Aid is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Service Associate to join our team! Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner and answer customer inquiries regarding prescriptions, over-the-counter medications, and other pharmacy-related products and services.
2. Process prescription orders accurately and efficiently, including entering patient information into the computer system and updating patient information as necessary.
3. Assist with the stocking of shelves with medications and other pharmacy-related products.
4. Maintain a safe and clean working environment within the pharmacy.
5. Maintain accurate records and enter information into the pharmacy’s computer system.
6. Manage customer complaints and provide excellent customer service.
7. Follow company policies and procedures.
8. Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
9. Participate in training and development activities as needed.
10. Perform other duties as assigned.
