Job Description

Rite Aid is seeking a dedicated and passionate Registered Nurse (RN) Immunizer to join our team! This critical role will be responsible for administering immunizations and providing general health guidance to our customers. The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal and customer service skills, and a commitment to delivering the highest level of care with every visit.To be successful in this role, the RN Immunizer should have a valid nursing license, be current on all immunization certifications, and have a minimum of two years of professional nursing experience. Responsibilities:

  1. Administer immunizations to customers in accordance with established protocols and safety guidelines.
  2. Provide general guidance and advice on health and wellness topics.
  3. Maintain current nursing licensure and immunization certifications.
  4. Monitor customer reactions to immunizations and ensure proper safety protocols are followed.
  5. Ensure accurate and thorough documentation of immunizations administered.
  6. Remain current on industry trends, developments, and best practices.
  7. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent customer service and follow-up.
  8. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  9. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible care for customers.
  10. Adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and policies pertaining to the practice of nursing.
