The engineers at Roblox are working on the hardest problems in tech today - distributed systems, real-time communication, 3D co-experience, massive data processing, social networking, rendering, physics, and more. As a Roblox engineer, you will have real ownership and impact across one or more of these domains. As a part of the Infrastructure team you will be responsible for the lifecycle management of production hardware. In this role you will be building out policies and procedures for tracking, auditing and eventually disposing of equipment. Drive the vision and roadmap for Asset Management overseeing tooling, process, controls and metrics that are aligned with internal and external requirements. Directly attend to day-to-day operations and tasks. Find ways to automate work. Periodically conduct audits. Gather and report metrics on the Lifecycle of hardware.

Job Qualifications

5+ years in a high growth company directly managing hardware assets in a compliance focused environment
Additionally, experience managing software assets is a plus
Familiar with Accounting principles as related to Fixed Assets, Capex and Opex and Regulatory Compliance
