
Equity Administrator
Administer daily equity transactions including stock option exercises, RSU releases, employee status changes and account updates. Maintain integrity of data in the stock administration database, working across multiple departments. Help with ESPP participation (enrollment/changes/withdrawals/settlement) and RSU and Stock option programs. Support new grant process, documentation, and compliance requirements. Produce recurrent and ad-hoc reports for Finance, Payroll, HR, Tax and Legal and perform complex. reconciliations to review completeness and accuracy of equity and transaction data. Manage the relationship and work with outside service providers, including our equity systems vendor, transfer agent, and broker service providers. Analyze processes to make recommendations and improvements. Provide excellent customer service to equity participants at all levels and to partners across departments.
Professional with 3+ years experience in equity administration with a public company; global company experience
Experience with Morgan Stanley Shareworks equity platform
