Job Description

As a Principal Program Manager on the GRC Data Classification Policy team, you will help design the way in which Data Classification and Handling is defined, scoped, and applied at all levels within the organization with an eye toward the execution, including how engineers will leverage the system to control access to data and how investigators will use the the system for technical controls and analysis. You will work closely with the InfoSec Engineering team as they implement this strategy into the environment as the primary program manager overseeing and managing the work. You will also work closely with the rest of InfoSec, including Training and Communications to ensure that clear, concise communications and training are available for the company. You will be a founding member of the GRC team at Roblox, and you'll have a significant impact on how we secure the metaverse.

Job Qualifications

7+ years of relevant professional experience in Security Governance, Risk and Compliance.
7+ years of relevant experience with Data Classification, Data Handling Guidelines, and/ or Data Loss Prevention
Experience interfacing with software engineers to design and implement a Data Classification strategy
Familiarity with a broad range of system architectures and associated security policies.
Previous experience in software engineering or scripting is a plus.
