
Sr. Program Manager, Recruiting Programs
We’re looking for an experienced and highly motivated Sr. Program Manager, Recruiting Programs to join Roblox and help us continue to build the world’s largest online platform for play. We’re seeking an ambitious, data-driven individual who is passionate about creating impactful recruiting programs that will help Roblox continue to hire the best talent in the industry.The ideal Sr. Program Manager, Recruiting Programs at Roblox will have a proven track record of success in developing and executing recruiting programs that result in strong hires. They should also be a strong communicator and collaborator, capable of working effectively with multiple stakeholders.Requirements:• At least 5 years of experience in program management and/or recruiting program development• Demonstrated success in developing and executing recruiting programs• Excellent communication and collaboration skills• Fluency in data analysis and reporting• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment• An understanding of the gaming and/or tech industry is a plusIf you’re an experienced professional who is excited to join a passionate team and help us shape the future of gaming, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute recruiting programs to ensure Roblox hires the best talent in the industry.
- Analyze data and generate reports to measure the effectiveness and success of recruiting programs.
- Communicate and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure recruitment programs are effective.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to ensure Roblox remains competitive in the industry.
- Manage and monitor recruiting programs to ensure they remain within the allocated budget.
- Utilize feedback from stakeholders to improve recruiting programs.
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce time-to-fill positions.
- Identify and engage with potential candidates to encourage them to apply.
