Maintain and improve the tools and systems used on the Roblox platform to ensure a seamless experience for users.
Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise with the tools and systems.
Monitor and analyze system performance to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement new tools and systems.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously enhance the user experience.
Conduct regular audits to ensure the security and stability of the tools and systems.
Develop and maintain documentation for all tools and systems.
Provide training and support to team members and users on how to effectively use the tools and systems.
Be proactive in identifying potential issues and finding solutions before they impact users.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the tools and systems align with business goals and objectives.
Communicate and collaborate with external vendors and partners to integrate new tools and systems.
Continuously seek feedback from users and make necessary improvements to enhance their experience.
Stay organized and manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In System Administration, Preferably In A Fast-Paced Tech Environment.
Proficiency In Scripting And Automation Using Tools Such As Python, Bash, And Powershell.
Extensive Experience With Cloud Computing Platforms, Such As Aws Or Azure.
Strong Understanding Of Networking Concepts And Experience In Implementing And Maintaining Network Infrastructure.
