TVE Intel Analyst Lead, Safety Operations

1. Develop and implement strategies for identifying and mitigating potential threats to the Roblox platform and its users.
2. Lead a team of analysts in conducting threat and vulnerability analysis and creating actionable intelligence reports.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and engineering, to implement security measures and protocols.
4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in threat intelligence and security.
5. Monitor and investigate security incidents, and take appropriate actions to prevent future occurrences.
6. Communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders, including senior management and external partners.
7. Develop and maintain relationships with external security partners and law enforcement agencies.
8. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for threat and vulnerability analysis and incident response.
9. Train and mentor team members to ensure the highest level of performance and productivity.
10. Participate in on-call rotations to respond to critical security incidents.
11. Monitor and maintain the integrity and confidentiality of sensitive information.
12. Continuously assess and improve the TVE Intel Analyst Lead program to meet evolving security threats and risks.
13. Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify potential vulnerabilities and recommend remediation actions.
14. Represent Roblox in industry events and conferences related to threat intelligence and security.
15. Collaborate with internal legal and compliance teams to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
