Job Description

At Roche, our Clinical Data Managers play a key role in the success of our clinical research projects. We are searching for a highly motivated, detail-oriented professional to join our team.The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, and experience in clinical trial management. They should also have a comprehensive understanding of data management principles, processes, and regulations. Experience with software applications and advanced database programs is highly desirable.The Clinical Data Manager will be responsible for setting up databases, reviewing data, and ensuring accuracy and consistency according to study protocols. They will also be expected to generate reports and coordinate data transfers between the study sites and Roche. In this role, the successful candidate must be able to work independently and have excellent interpersonal communication skills.We are looking for a conscientious individual who is passionate about data management and the advancement of clinical research. Responsibilities:

  1. Set up databases and review data to ensure accuracy and consistency with study protocols.
  2. Generate reports and coordinate data transfers between study sites and Roche.
  3. Manage databases and ensure compliance with clinical research regulations.
  4. Utilize software applications and advanced database programs.
  5. Maintain excellent organizational skills and problem-solving abilities.
  6. Communicate effectively with other members of the clinical research team.
  7. Remain up-to-date with regulations and best practices in clinical data management.
  8. Participate in review of data quality and accuracy.
  9. Ensure data is handled and stored securely.
  10. Develop data management plans and protocols.
