Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Clinical Research Associate to join Roche's team and help bring our cutting-edge treatments to life. Our ideal candidate will understand the complexities of clinical research and be able to lead projects from concept to completion. The Clinical Research Associate will be responsible for conducting and overseeing clinical trials and studies. As such, it is essential that the successful candidate is well-versed in Good Clinical Practice (GCP), has excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.To succeed in this role, you should have a minimum of 5 years' experience as a Clinical Research Associate in a clinical research or healthcare setting, a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, a good understanding of clinical research regulations, and the ability to interpret and analyze data. You should also have excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.If you possess these qualifications and have a passion for clinical research, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  1. Plan, organize, and conduct clinical trials and studies in accordance with GCP and other relevant regulations.
  2. Identify and report any potential safety issues or risks associated with clinical trials and studies.
  3. Analyze and interpret data from clinical trials and studies.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with external clinical research sites and vendors.
  5. Prepare and submit study documents to regulatory authorities.
  6. Monitor and ensure compliance with study protocols.
  7. Direct and oversee the activities of clinical research staff and other personnel.
  8. Monitor and manage study budgets.
  9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of clinical trial and study data.
  10. Evaluate the effectiveness of clinical trial and study interventions.
  11. Prepare and present reports to senior management on the progress and outcomes of clinical trials and studies.
