Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Data Scientist to join our team at Roche. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in data analysis, machine learning, and predictive analytics, and have the ability to develop innovative solutions to solve complex problems. This individual should be a creative problem solver, able to communicate complex ideas effectively and have a passion for using data to drive decisions.The successful candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, or a related quantitative field, as well as experience working with large datasets and data mining techniques. They should have a strong working knowledge of machine learning algorithms and predictive analytics, coupled with a solid understanding of databases and programming languages. The ability to develop algorithms and tools to support data-driven decision making is also essential. This position requires an individual with excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
