Roche is looking for an experienced and skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team and help drive our company’s HR strategy and initiatives. As a key member of the HR team, the HR Manager will be responsible for the full scope of HR activities, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations, benefits administration and performance management. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a passion for excellence and a strong commitment to the HR mission.To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field; at least five years of professional HR experience, ideally in a managerial role; strong knowledge of employment law; and excellent interpersonal communication skills. The candidate should also have a proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR initiatives and strategies. Additionally, the individual should have a positive attitude and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement successful HR initiatives and strategies.
- Manage the full scope of HR activities, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations, benefits administration and performance management.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of employment law and advise management accordingly.
- Facilitate communication between all levels of the organization.
- Assist in the development of organizational policies and procedures.
- Recruit, hire, and onboard new employees.
- Provide guidance and support to management and staff on HR matters.
- Handle employee relations issues and concerns.
- Coordinate employee training and development programs.
- Monitor employee performance and development.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Prepare and maintain accurate HR records and reports.
- Develop and implement performance management systems.
- Administer employee benefits and compensation programs.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on various HR processes.
