Job Description

We at Roche are looking for an outstanding Laboratory Technician to join our team. You will be responsible for providing technical support to the laboratory and ensuring the accuracy of test results. The ideal candidate should have a passion for science, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor’s degree in science with a focus in life sciences, chemistry, or a related field. You should also have excellent organizational and communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a laboratory setting is a plus, but not essential.If this sounds like the perfect job for you, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Perform laboratory tests and experiments to ensure the accuracy of results.
  2. Analyze data and interpret results to provide technical support to the laboratory.
  3. Maintain laboratory equipment and supplies and ensure compliance with safety guidelines.
  4. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot laboratory equipment when necessary.
  5. Prepare and present laboratory reports and other documentation as required.
  6. Perform research and experiments to develop new methods and techniques for laboratory testing.
  7. Collaborate with other laboratory staff members to achieve common goals.
  8. Communicate effectively with laboratory personnel to ensure efficient workflow.
  9. Develop new protocols and procedures to improve laboratory efficiency.
  10. Adhere to all safety and quality control standards.
