Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to join our Roche team. In this role, you will be responsible for improving supply chain processes, evaluating supply chain performance, and creating strategy to reduce costs and optimize inventory.The ideal candidate should possess a combination of strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of supply chain processes and experience in supply chain management. You should have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work independently and be comfortable in a fast-paced environment.We are looking for a professional who is passionate about their work, eager to learn, and has the ability to think creatively and analytically. Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze and improve supply chain processes to reduce costs and optimize inventory.
  2. Monitor supply chain performance metrics and generate reports and recommendations.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiencies.
  4. Develop and implement strategies to streamline processes and maximize cost savings.
  5. Utilize data analysis techniques to identify and interpret trends.
  6. Maintain accurate records and databases.
  7. Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to inform decision making.
  8. Adhere to regulatory standards and industry best practices.
  9. Support the development and implementation of new technologies and systems.
  10. Remain abreast of emerging trends and best practices in supply chain management.
