  1. Provide onsite technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients for Rockwell Collins products.
  2. Ensure the seamless operation and maintenance of products by conducting regular maintenance and repairs.

  11. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while working onsite.
  12. Communicate effectively and professionally with clients, colleagues, and management to provide timely updates and address any concerns or escalations.
  13. Represent Rockwell Collins in a positive and professional manner at all times.
  14. Assist in the development and testing of new products and provide feedback to improve product quality and reliability.
  15. Proactively identify potential issues and provide recommendations for improvements to prevent future problems.
  16. Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services.
  17. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and standards while performing job duties.
  18. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including company vehicles, tools, and equipment.
  19. Complete all required reports and documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
  20. Attend and actively participate in team meetings, training sessions, and company events.
