  4. Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends and advancements in power electronics technology.
  5. Identify and implement cost-effective and efficient solutions for power supply design challenges.
  6. Create and maintain detailed documentation for all power supply design processes and procedures.
  7. Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers on power supply design best practices.

  9. Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to source necessary components for power supply design projects.
  10. Continuously improve and optimize power supply design processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  11. Participate in design reviews and provide recommendations for improvements and enhancements.
  12. Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of power supply design projects.
  13. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide regular project updates and address any concerns or issues.
  14. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while designing and testing power supply systems.
  15. Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations related to power supply design and ensure compliance in all designs.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Power Supply Design In The Aerospace Industry

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Power Electronics And Control Systems

  • Strong Understanding Of Industry Standards And Regulations, Such As Do-160 And Mil-Std-704

  • Experience In Leading A Team Of Engineers And Managing Complex Design Projects.
