Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Operations Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Program Or Operations Management, Preferably In The Aerospace Or Defense Industry.
Strong Leadership Skills With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team.
Excellent Project Management Skills, Including Budgeting, Scheduling, And Risk Management.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Relevant Regulations And Industry Standards, Such As Itar And Iso 9001.
