Prototype Shop Lead

We are seeking an experienced Prototype Shop Lead to join our team at Rockwell Collins. The Prototype Shop Lead will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the prototype shop, overseeing the team, and meeting customer and business requirements.Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, or a related field• 5+ years of experience in a prototype shop environment• Proven track record of successful leadership• Demonstrated knowledge of machine shop processes, equipment, and safety• Strong understanding of CAD/CAM systems and processes• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks accordingly• Excellent communication and organizational skills
