- Lead a team of engineers in conducting stress analysis, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as design and manufacturing, to ensure seamless integration of stress analysis into the product development process.
- Communicate analysis results and recommendations to stakeholders, including management and customers, in a clear and concise manner.
- Develop and implement new methods and techniques for stress analysis to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Stay current with industry advancements and technology to continuously improve stress analysis processes.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards related to stress analysis in the aerospace industry.
- Identify and troubleshoot any issues or problems related to stress analysis and provide timely solutions.
- Participate in design reviews and provide input to improve product design and performance.
- Mentor and train junior engineers in stress analysis techniques and best practices.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Stress Analysis And Structural Design In The Aerospace Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Stress Analysis Principles, Including Finite Element Analysis (Fea) And Classical Hand Calculations.
Proficiency In Using Stress Analysis Software Such As Ansys, Nastran, Or Msc Patran.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Lead A Team Of Stress Analysts And Collaborate With Other Engineering Disciplines.
