Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Manufacturing Operations Role.
Knowledge Of Lean Manufacturing Principles And Experience Implementing Process Improvements.
Familiarity With Industry-Standard Software And Tools, Such As Cad, Cam, And Plc.
Strong Problem-Solving Skills And Ability To Troubleshoot Technical Issues On The Production Line.
