Responsibilities:

2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.

4. Think outside the box to generate new sales opportunities.
5. Work with customers from different backgrounds and cultures.
6. Maintain in-depth knowledge of the Roger Dubuis product range.
7. Stay up to date with current trends in the industry and competitive products.
8. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
9. Assist in stocktaking and other inventory management duties.
10. Participate in promotional activities and trade shows to promote the Roger Dubuis brand.
