- Investigate and resolve any incidents of theft or fraud within the designated area.
- Monitor and analyze store data to identify patterns and trends in loss prevention.
- Collaborate with law enforcement and legal teams as needed for security-related issues.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with store management and other key stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in loss prevention technology and techniques.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to loss prevention.
- Prepare and present regular reports on loss prevention efforts and results to upper management.
- Provide support and guidance to stores during inventory and other high-risk events.
- Manage and oversee the work of loss prevention associates within the designated area.
- Coordinate and conduct training sessions and workshops for store employees on loss prevention topics.
- Continuously strive to improve and enhance loss prevention processes and procedures within the designated area.
Bachelor's Degree In Criminal Justice, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Loss Prevention, Preferably In A Retail Setting.
Strong Knowledge Of Loss Prevention Techniques, Including Cctv Monitoring And Investigations.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills To Effectively Train And Manage A Team Of Loss Prevention Associates.
Ability To Analyze Data And Identify Trends To Develop And Implement Effective Loss Prevention Strategies.
